How can a site be built in days, not months?

We are not starting from scratch. Signal works from a library of proven layouts and a fixed build order, so most of the build is writing your real copy into a structure that already works. The parts that slow other agencies down — revisions, handoffs, waiting — are the parts we skip.

What is the free playbook?

Every build includes our free playbook, Getting Your Business Found — a step-by-step guide to everything that gets a business out there: your website, Google, reviews, directories, social media, ads, and the new AI search tools. It can greatly accelerate how quickly your business gets found online — no guarantees, but it is the playbook we follow ourselves.

What does a site cost?

The build is a one-time payment of $1,500 — 25% off the $2,000 standard, and the price is negotiable — or spread over four months at $375/month. The one-time route is one payment of $1,500 when you sign. Maintenance is separate and optional at $150 a month.

What do I need to provide?

Your business name, what you do, your hours, your phone number, and any photos you already have. If you have no photos, we work around it. That is the whole list.

Do I own the site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You own the domain, the site, and the content. Maintenance is optional, and if you drop it the site is still yours.

What if I don't like the design?

Accepted Answer

We build first and show you the preview. Sign and pay $1,500 once. If the first pass is not right, we keep working until it is.

What happens after launch?

If you take the optional maintenance plan, we keep the site updated, secure, and found in search. If you do not, the site stays live and you are never locked in. Either way, you never touch the code.

What if I want a new page or feature later?

Accepted Answer

Plain content edits — changing text, prices, hours, or photos — are free on the care plan. Anything bigger, like a new page or a new feature, is a flat $250 change order, agreed in writing before we start.
